JOSHUA. I know I am posting this in the wrong place but I just wanted all my wonderful Cutie friends to know that my GS Joshua has just come out of 4 hours of surgery and the doctors have managed to save his foot. They will have to operate again in 2 weeks time to try and get the achilles tendon repaired. Thank you to all of you who have shown what a wonderful, caring group you are. Hugs Sarah.

Excellent news. Has he come out of the anesthesia to know what the surgeon was able to repair? Still a long recovery for him. Will he get to go home before the next surgery? Prayers for his continued recovery.

Thank you all for your kind words. As I sit and read your messages the tears are rolling down my cheeks. It hurt me so much to know that my daughter had to sign consent to remove Josh's foot if it needed to be done. Apparently they have to do a small op today as the ankle is not quite in the right position. *** 4 all. Sarah.

When you think of all the skill that goes into this, it is just amazing. The surgeon has to know exactly where to put each tiny bone and which direction and which tendon and which little muscle goes which direction they all go, so that they can heal and then work again. Praise the Lord for brilliant surgeons who can know all these details and have the skill - and patience - to put it all back together. Isn't it just a miracle!!! Praise the Lord! An answer to prayers :-) Sarah, I'm so happy for your whole family :-)
