Question of the Day for June 6th: the other day I learned about the shark bite spot for designs & I was wondering if there are any other terms used for placement when embroidering designs on clothing? Where do you usually put your design when you embroider on clothing, for both kids & adults?

It depends entirely on the design and the look that I want to achieve.
On T-shirts it can go in the mid front at the top, bottom at the hem or even on the back.
For my shirts, I usually put the largest on the left shoulder front, a little matching on the right shoulder back and sometimes something at the hem. All depends.....

I thought it was called shark bite because of the way the shirt was cut, it is made to look like a shark took a bite out of it. I don't think this is actually a placement term.
