I found it on the internet- Pinterest. A pee pee teepee is what you use to place on a baby boy so that you don't get sprinkled while changing his diaper.

How many diapers does it take to stuff the baby?

A dozen or so I guess? I didn't really count, just had a big box of diapers since I was making 2 and stuffed the rolled up diapers until I liked the way it looked.

Super easy~ Trace a round plate, cut it in half. Put right sides together and start stitching in the center of the straight edge and stitch around back to the top of the straight edge. Turn right side out, press well being sure to turn in the stitch allowance that isn't sewn. Fold in half, stitch the edge again and turn. Done.

allowance. Fold in half again and stitch together being sure you catch the turned under raw edges. Turn to inside and you are done. I used a washable felt for the inside to give it absorbency and about a 10" plate for my circle.
