Question of the Day for June 9th: I always have a hard time coming up with a gift for a Man, especially if it's one I can make? I was wondering what if anything you are going to make for Father's Day or if you have any ideas of what I can make?

I like golf towels with club name of mans name on it., or just a golf design.

I made A recognisable luggage tag for my DH for his Lap top computer case. It laces on to the handle. To replace the bright fluro green bow that he had tied on there so he could see it on the airline convayor belt. Hugs Joyce

There's always T-shirts - like "Grill Sargeant", golf stuff, football, whatever sport they like, check out the catalogs that make T-shirts - great for ideas. Also can coozies,or an organizer thing to hang over a car seat or lawn chair or fishing chair. Make a patch for a hat or a wall hanging thing to hold his baseball hats. Check out catalogs like Lighter Side and WhatOnEarth catalogs - google those names.Lots of ideas.

Embroidery Library has a cute design of the word "barbeque" that I put on a large size apron. They have been much appreciated!

I don't sew directly on caps...but I make badges that can be sewn on or glued on with a good fabric glue. I can sew on a patch on my old machine or even sew by hand (OMG...can we still do that?!?) LOL

It's a wonder he hadn't gotten you to attach it to the cord via an elastic loop :)

How about an embroidered key fob with his name on it? That's what I'm doing. My dad requested a new one.
