Can I ask where you got your hardware (and what size it is 1" or 1.25")?

My hardware is 1.25". I go it from Bag Lady of SC. She had the best deal. I got 25 sets of hardware and 5 assorted yards of webbing for $19, that includes shipping. She was VERY quick to ship too.
thanks for info.

I got the webbing and hardware from Bag Lady of SC. The red one is grograin ribbon the other 2 are cotton fabric cut 2 1/2 inches wide.

Do you stitch around the edges of the ribbon/material? These are very cute and useful. You did a great job.

Yes, I do a running stitch very close to the edge of the ribbon/fabric. Thanks Susan P.S. I iron a strip of double sided fusible to the ribbon/fabric and press to webbing so it doesn't slip when stitching.
