Hoping maybe someone can help me with why I can't download some of the ripple designs. I did not have a problem with the hummingbird/flower downloaded four more ripple designs on the floppy but when I went to my machine and put the disk in there was nothing there. Would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you

Is the design larger than your maximum hoop size? or have you downloaded the correct format for your machine? and is the design opened from a folder as I know my machine will not read a folder design, they need opening first

Yes, I did think of that and I went back and checked them to be sure. My machine is pes format and I have downloaded things from from here before with no problem. I save them to my computer and download from there.Thanks for your suggestions.

Are you using the .pes or .PES version, perhaps? For as long as I can remember reading here, people have queried how to do that format. Something to do with the version of the software they have, I think. They've oft had suggested, that they download another format and convert that to what they have. Hope this helps.

I am using the .pes version. Never had problems before and the hummingbird/flower ripple design downloaded to the disk without any problems. Thanks for your input though.

You have already gotten the 2 best answers, I use and older version of pes, so now I download hus and convert using Wilcom E2 where I have a choice of versions. The newest pes version crashes my other software, so I am acutely aware of this problem. Live Laugh Download Stitch!
