BLACK AND RED ROSE FABRIC 10 MINUTE POT HOLDER. I just made this tonight. I didn't hear back from Thorpe's as to what is wrong with my sewing machine - I'm going to ring them tomorrow and check on it. So I used my old Husqvarna as this design is just straight stitching and no embroidery. I'll make a few more in red/black. Then try some other colours later. Love Chris

this is very pretty & I assume if it's a pot holder it's not very big. What a great way to use left overs. Is there a pattern? ta, Lyn. xx

You Tube. Do a search for 10 minute pot holders. Great to watch them being made. Shirley

Thanks Shirley, will check it out. xx

THEY ARE 10 INCHES SQUARE. YOU JUST FOLD THE FABRIC IN HALF AND LIFT UP THE LAST ONE AND TUCK IT UNDER THE THIRD PIECE TO GIVE THE EFFECT OF THE DIAMOND SHAPE. VERY EASY!!!!! LOVE CHRIS

These are great and they stitch together so fast. Good way to use up leftover fabric.

This is pretty. At least your back up sewing machine is working. My embroidery machine is not working and I'm waiting on parts and my back up that I use to wind bobbins wouldn't stitch either.

It's like having your arm cut off isn't it? Love Chris
Hope yours is back soon.

Still can use my serger but my projects were set for the embroidery machine. Oh well I went shopping, organized some files, pulled some weeds around my garden. Lots of other things to do.

At least you have a back up machine so you can still keep busy!

Yes, thankfully. I'm going to ring them again today to see what's up! Love Chris

Yes these pieces are 10 inch squares. Love Chris

It is deceptive the whole thing is about 10 inches wide etc.
