Quilt block made for a friend's GS. Design is from Embroidery DK. I enlarged it in my digitizing program, and add the stippling throught the digitizing program as well. I stitched the design and then add batting and backing before stitching the stippling stitch. I did it as a practice block. Shirley

Thhanks. I have never stippled in my life. This is done in the digitizer, automatically. Great for dummies like me lol Shirley

The stippling seems to make the design jump forward- nice job on your quilt block- he'll love it

That was the idea. Sew out the design first, then add the batting and back fabric, does the trick.

Its great when you can't do it the other way. You can choose stich length etc. through the program.
