heirlooms are old designs. Like your Grandmother and Great Grandmother would of used. Old fashioned or vintage.

Yep they are like they used embroidery thread. The only advise I can give you when you purchase these look at design size...I bought 2 that was suppose to fit 4x4 hoop and they were slightly larger and now can't use. I will be able to do this when my friend comes home and I can use her machine.

hand sewn. Now we can almost duplicate that delicate
look with our wonderful embroidery machines and the
lovely stitches on our sewing machines. I hipe this

It can also be used in reference to quality of the work we used to see, handmaid and worthy of passing down through the generations. A prized possession of beauty of workmanship of the highest quality
