Wow, I had to search through six pages to find this post.
Designs by Sick has the front of an eyeglass case as their daily free design, today, so I hope you see this message before it finishes.
Or you could buy the whole set of designs, five cases, for $8 or individual designs for .80 c each, so if you collected the front for free you could purchase the matching back for .80c

If you Google JANNY PRIMROSE and go to her site she has some free downloads, one of which is a quilted eye glass case with a slanted front!! Just what you wanted. I have stitched this out many times and it's always good. If you have software, you can delete the floral part and put in your own small design or a monogram is always special. Her designs are awesome and I hope you try them out.
