I hope you got some differant ideas out of this. Try fabric painting even if you just do backgrounds to your embroiderys . You can get come great effects. Hugs Joyce

Wow, this is beautiful. I love the way you combined the pastel colors. You put alot of work and I know love into this quilt. I think it rates a purple ribbon.

Did you use the paints that come in tubes or the kind that comes in bottles that you brush on?
I brushed on Jo Sonja acrylic gouche paint in tubes with fabric medium added to thin it down and heat set with my iron .It has been washed well colours have not faded. Joyce
