Question of the Day for Sunday June 24th: Well the loaner I have is BROKEN! None of the buttons work & when I touched the star button to do an embroidery design it fell inside the machine? The reverse button sticks & keeps going backwards once you finally get it to go & the only way I could get it to stop was to restart the machine! & the screen is stuck in the upright position sew the lid can't go on! My question is this What can I do now I don't want them to think that I did this & I called & left a message but they are closed Sunday & Monday? It won't even sew a single stitch! What a mess I am sew stressed out!

One of the reasons I don't like to borrow or use other peoples items.
I will do without.
Sometimes things happen beyond my control and I get too stressed out over it.

These things happen.
Maybe this was given to you by mistake... it may have been one that was in for repair maybe?

Don't stress yourself., that won't help one bit. Stay calm. Walk away & give yourself a break.
Try again later.., It may come good, but doesn't sound likely.

When you ring to tell them, they might just get yours fixed sooner rather than later. Look for the silver lining. All the best.

With the list of problems given I doubt they could think you did the damage. Are they a certified repair shop? It sounds like your new machine isn't the only machine they have problems with.
Take the day off, go on an outing if you can. If it were me, I would have to leave the house "out of sight, out of mind" anything but stare at the machine.
Get with them on Tuesday. I hope they will make things right.

The gremlins are at work. As annoyning as it is when you have deadlines just try to walk away till you can get a hold of them and plan something fun
today! I know its really hard when you are focused
on your list of tasks but really honestly its an opportunity to rest a bit and have some fun.

That is the exact reason I never use loaners. By the time I figure it out or get the bugs out of it... mine is fixed. I just try to catch up on other things that need done until I get my own back.

I would guess that they pulled your loaner out of the wrong pile; it was most likely supposed to go to the shop. Enjoy a few days off and relax. You'll be amazed at what you get done while you wait. :)

Don't worry about them thinking you broke it! Just take it back, say I want a loaner that works! You must have given me one that is in need of repair, as this one does not work at ALL!
Frustrating, but life happens, and most annoyances seem to get resolved, not in the time we may like, but in time! So, relax! Things will get better!

What luck huh? I never borrow other peoples things because I am afraid something might happen to it and they'd blame me but that machine sounds like it needs quite a bit of work done on it and their is no way they could think you done all that's wrong with it. I agree with the other Cuties, they gave you one from the wrong place.
