A lady has ask me to make her some drapes 94" long for a picture window reg size widow pinch pleat and lined what would you charge I have no idea what to charge with matched striped fabric too.

I generally figure $20/hr. sounds like 5 hours on the drapes and 1 on the pillow. Live Laugh Download Stitch!

Unless you have made drapes before, I don't reccomend you do it for any price! It's a lot of fabric to be dragging around! But $20 an hour and I'd quote 8 hours or actual time.

This is the type of work that I do regularly. We charge $75 per width of fabric. A width of fabric is one cut across the width of the fabric. If there are no seams and you have 2 single widths on the window, then $150. If you have 3 widths and have cut one down the middle so that you have 2 panels of 1.5 widths each, then $225. etc. Also, any longer than the 94" or wider than 2 full widths sewn together should have an upcharge You can decide how much based on how difficult it is for you to handle something that big.
