Made these flowers for my GDs. One loves pink the other purple. I only had pink and white petals so I took a purple fabric marker and colored the edges of the white petals. Then I sew a long string of petals on my sewing machine 20 -30 petals. Next I use a needle and thread to kind of gather the string together to form the flower. They are very forgiving, sort of fool proof. I hot glued a jewel in the center and a hair clip on the back side. Pretty and easy as can be. Hugs, Susan

Those are neat!! Assuming they are petals from silk flowers?

They are silk rose petals I bought at the Dollar Tree.

Yes they are. I've seen these in stores to buy and they can be quite expensive. There are 300 petals in a bag, so you can makes lots of them. They could also be clipped to your purse handle or on top of a gift as the bow. Lots of uses.
