OK, the cancer seems to be stable, the scans show a new lesion on a right rib but it may have just been missed last time around. The scan shows several ribs that had been fractured but are healing or healed now. I have arthritis bad in the left hip and I will be seeing a doctor for that July 9th, my doc said they would not likely do a hip replacement because of the cancer lesions that are in the socket. I will still be getting Xgevia shots once a month to keep the bones strong but will not be taking any kind of chemo by IV or pills and we will check later to see how it is going. She said that if we want to take a vacation we can take off and if my shot is a week late or whatever it would not make a difference so we have some freedom but won't be going anywhere till at least August. To me this is all good news as long as we can get the hip pain under control, it has me in tears some days but isn't too bad on other days. Thank you for all your prayers as they are helping. Though I do still have cancer, it isn't progressing very fast so I feel this is a good thing! Hugs to you all, Debra
