well this is what I call a house call, literally the sewing machine shop made a house call & took away my loaner & brought another one! It is also not without problems but I can deal with them! The thing is he took away my shank...now I have to wait to topstitch this towel which is a gift for my neighbour.

oh loralye is is such a pain when these sort of things happen i hope it will be resolved soon it is also very handy when possible to have duplicates of some attachments.....soozie

The loaner did a great job on it. At least you have something to use till yours is fixed. Guess you don't want to hem that by hand. lol Sorry about the shank missing.
