Hi Cuties, I have a Viking/rose machine and noticed that some patterns are done in rar format. How can they be changed to pes,hus, or dst? I would appreciate any information. Thank you.

Embird will convert .rar files into just about any sewing format...if you don't have Embird, maybe another Cutie knows of a free program...good luck!

rar files are compressed files, not an embroidery format, so just like a zipped file you need to extract the contents before they can be used. Although the rars were created with WinRAR, 7zip is a free program that will extract rars, zips, etc. :) xXx
