Okay I had to give it a try and thanks to Hightecgrammy I love them... Very easy to make. I didn't download the flower that goes with it, but will do so or attach another one that I have on it. Giving it to a new couple at church tomorrow who has a new baby 4mo. old. ;)

I'm soooo pleased you tried it and it turned out soooo cute! Where did you get this adorable fabric? You can do just fine without a flower on the tab - anything will work there - and it looks just fine without anything! I'm really glad you liked my design. It's really fun to see what people do with my designs :-) What's on the back?

Thank you. I'm glad you like it. The fabric is from JoAnn's and I have stripe flannel on back that coordinates that I found at Hobby Lobby, I think. LOL.... Thanks again for this design. I plan to use it for several others too.
