This is an excellent "reason" to take some time off!! You are obviously over worked or over stress, right??
When I was growing up, we had Sunday dinners with my cousins. Each time, my aunt would bake a cake. Before frosting it, she would carefully insert a toothpick in to the cake. Who ever got the toothpick got to do the dishes that night for the whole clan. It also cut down on the cake consumption.
What a fun story; it is sure to become an heirloom, because it is so unique. Enjoy it. :) Thanks for sharing such fun facts. !!!!

Stick to embroidery instead of cooking. Much more fun and you can't cook your spoons!

meganne I have so much on my mind it works faster than I do.but it was funny I alwas had such a time making one I called My neighbor and she walked me through it .My son said he would tell her it was good could be that I cooked the spoon in it.
I do a lot of crazy things but never did that before.

Maganne, I adore this little duck! I have felt so bad for so long now that I was beginning to think I would never laugh again. Thanks!

Lenamae, the only thing that saves me is that I have such a bad memory I have forgotten ALL my bloopers and having only
sons they don't remember such things either. LOL!!!!!

Linda I hope you are feeling better soon. I think it is a sign of the times, though I don't know why, so many of us are suffering from depression. I've only just got up after having a migraine all day. What a waste of a day, but I loathe winter. HNR, M

I'm better at finding peelers in the compost, but maybe you were testing someone's eyesight, to see if they noticed the additional item :)
