Log in :go to designs> select the design you want > click on the design itself ( so don't click add to card). you see the design of your choise and a green tab : with the word download > click the green tab > you see the different embroidery formats > click on the format you need, and you can open or save the design :) Good luck and hugs!

thanks for the help! i've looked everywhere that i thought the instructions might be, even checked my junk e-mail just incase the directions got lost. having a blast dl so many new things!
