Good morning ladies. I went to pick up my husqvarna yesterday and asked my husq. rep about the problems some of you have been having with your ruby. She said there is no known problems with the Ruby. She hasn't had any complaints from the customers that have bought one. She did say however, that it is possible that there was a 'bad batch'. This happened with the model below the Ruby and they just switched out the defective machines. She did ask what country they were in but I didn't know since we don't have that feature anymore. I'm sure this isn't much help to those that are having problems but maybe it can help you demand a new machine.
