Christie, thank you for adding LACE - I tried to download the alpha - I got it in the cart and I received a notice - but can't tell how to download it. Also - there wasn't a place to add the STATE in the address - for those of us that live in the US.

I'm sew glad it isn't just me. I looked and looked, but no place that I can find to d/l. It isn't in the confirmation email either. Such an adorable alpha too!

Go to Log In at the top. Then the 2nd box that says New Customer in small writing and "Registration allows you to easily monitor and manage your orders, preorders, addresses, newsletter subscriptions and to take part in special offers."

I couldn't DL either but suspect the line (in my order) "0 times to download" might be the problem. Thank you for your alpha, I'm looking forward to the rest of the letters .. and hope your site does well :) xXx

She has fixed it now. Go through the order process and on step 3 click on the title of the alpha to download.

If you have already ordered you can go to your acct and find the order and download.
