Sometimes that happens in my Janome Digitizer Pro as well, Dolly. The stitches are actually there when you sew it out, but I think it's perhaps a problem with the memory sometimes, just doesn't represent the stitches in some areas, especially in 3D mode. These programs are so memory intensive I think sometimes they have little glitches. In my Digitizer, I can go back and 'undo' 30 or more changes, so it has to save all that information. Sometimes, if I'm sure I don't want to 'undo' anything, I will hit 'save', and that frees up that memory in the program for other things. Occasionally, I ask it to do something too much for the memory, and I get the chord crash, and an 'exception error' screen, and the program shuts itself down (rather than exploding, I suppose). It saves what I was working on in a recovery file. Hope this helps, however lovely, these programs can be tricky. Hugs, Marji

I came upon something in the new tutorials that might explain this. The programme has a 0.1 mm tolerance when displaying, which might lead to gaps when the density is not set at whole numbers, say 4 or 5, but anything in between. Enlarge it enough and the irregular groupings disappear.
