One of the blocks I did for a Dr. Suess quilt for my granddaughter. I didn't want to buy fabric with Dr. Suess, so she picked out her favorite book and I drew it on paper, using it as templates and machine sewed with a small black zig zag around each piece. The wording was machine embroidered and some of the embellishment was by hand.
