Need help with Embird question..Embird is installed on my desktop...Embird says OK to install on second computer owned and operated by me...installed Embird on my laptop for class. All works great EXCEPT I cannot save a design on my laptop. When Embird is in trial mode, Embird is fully functional except you can't save anything. Is there something that is not letting me save designs on my laptop because it is the second computer or what? Anyone have Embird installed on two computers and both work? Can't figure out why I can't save a design from Editor on my laptop. Laptop is running Vista. Any help would be appreciated...I can't participate in class if I can't get the program to save. Thanks Cuties.

I don't have embird on 2 computers yet, However I did have my laptop die on my the other week & had to do a complete re-install which meant I lost embird off it.
I loaded it up again & same as you, got very frustrated as it kept telling me it was an unregistered copy.
Eventually I realised I had to go into 'options' plugin and reload my reg. number from when I purchased. Also you'll need to enter your password.
Once you see your name along the very top (in blue stripe I think) you'll be able to save again.
Hope it works for you.

Yes i have .You may need to update it depending on wish window you have . Will need to save the download , then re open iton the other computer.Hope this helps

Kitty is right - if you haven't put your registration code in on your laptop, you are only using the trial version which doesn't allow saving. Hope you get sorted soon!

Thanks...I have loaded the registration for both Embird and Iconizer...my name is showing at the top as the registered...everything works perfectly..except when I go to "save as" my computer locks up totally and I have to reboot. Looks like sandralochran has successfully installed on two computers...and I assume she can use both fully at separate times...Perhaps I just need to uninstall and re-install the program again? Just wanted to be sure you could run fully on two computers, especially before I get the upgrade...

I have mine installed on desktop and my laptop.. have spent the day upgrading to 2012 all seems to working fine for me :-)

Thats what I did.. I uninstalled my embrid 2010.. then downloaded embird 2012.. was nervous but it worked fine for me :-)
