It's from Nancy's Designs. Sometimes on the owl designs I add a line at the bottom in very small letters "Hooters welcomed. BYO rodents."

Thanks everyone! It ends up that I'll be selling them at an event at a hospital this weekend. I'll be donating the profits to the hospital.

Didn't this link take you directly to the owls and the freebie?
I just tried it out. The link took me to the owls, but when I tried to get to them by just going to her website, there were no longer there. A different owl set was there, and it had a freebie on it.
