Receiving blanket for the creche. Made from a BIG bag full scraps - good quality flannel. The need is so big, that these sub standard blankets will have to do for now. It is still winter in SA! I have e-maile Customs, waiting for a reply. South African Cuties, if you post something, there is obviously no import tax! Hugs, Suzette

It is mostly sunny and warm during day time, but still cold at night, around 10 degrees celsius.

Very nice. The need never stops. I make receiving blankets for our hospital. Turn in about 6 a month.

Very nice. Did you put batting in it for extra warmth?

No, because It will be Spring in a little over a month. These will only reach them in 2 weeks and will be used from then onwards. Thanks or looking!

I just did a search for Cape Town, SA weather. They are in the mid 60s F for a high and the 40's F for a low. That is pretty chilly for a warm climate area.
