Any site, even this one, can have a problem now and again. With a little tolerance and patience all will work out.

That's a rather rash conclusion, stealing implies intent. Just give it some time - problems do happen.

I agree with Mops that you are jumping to a bad conclusion. I have purchased from Embroidery Garden and her designs are wonderful. She also gives terrific freebies each month in the yahoo group. Please take a deep breath and try again. Hugs. Nan W

OMG. Just because we have devolved into an instant gratification socieaty, please do not post flaming announcements before you have taken adequate time to resolve a situation.
Reen is a wonderful person, digitizer, and vendor. There might be an isp problem that the sale was held up, or she might be experiencing a family problem...
PLUS she is also a Cutie. PM Reen and see if you can reach her through that medium, as well as giving email a reasonable amount of time .
I was having a problem with trying to order something on a Sunday night at 9pm, and she immediately emailed me back.
If you cannot reach her, there is a reason.

Gee no need to call it stealing. I had a lot of problems with Explorer not downloading purchases I made. That happened after an upgrade. I had to switch browser to be able to download. I am sure you will get what you paid for and you might even want to apologize for the stealing comment.

Did you send them an email that you were having problems. If you didn't, do so.

Please try to contact the person and resolve the problem before making such a rash statement. Anyone can have internet problems, defective links for some reason, browser problems, or a host of other things. Please don't accuse someone of something before you even find out what the problem is. And this forum is designed to give embroidery help to people, not a place to make accusations like this without foundation. If you stated the problem & asked for help in contacting the digitizer another way to resolve it, ok. But to start throwing around words like "stealing" with nothing to back it up but a failed download is not acceptable behavior, either on the internet or in person. Thank you. Marji

I can empathize. I could not get an order from another site for several months, I could tell things were busy for both of us and it did finally get resolved. Have heart, these folks are not in it for 1 order, they need our loyalty!

But Christine this did not sound as she is waiting for several months (>just received<). Most of this pages are a one-woman-business and nobody is online 24-hours (not even me nad I'm working hard on it *lol*) Greetings, Bettina

I have had many download problems with certain browsers that don't work with certain sites.
My Opera browser won't show drop down menus on DesignsbySick, it won't open photo links on Ebay, and my bank doesn't recognise it, it also won't open "contactus" mail links on ANY of the sites I have had cause to write to, so I have to switch to Firefox or InternetExplorer.
Internet Browser usage is NOT guaranteed to ALWAYS work with every website, it depends how each site is set up.

I am not going to rouse on you for your harsh accusation, as I think you probably regretted this post as soon as you realised that Embroidery Garden is owned by a fellow Cutie.

I do expect that, once Reen has resolved this problem for you, you will want to make a public apology to her for your hasty accusation.
Hugs and but no roses today, Meganne

Computers aren't perfect. It just takes time and a little patience to work things out. Embroidery Garden is a great site and I'm sure everything will work out for you. A little kindness instead of rash statements would probably help more.

Heather, thanks for your order. You can always contact me from links on my site. You also can download directly from my site at any time not just from the email you receive.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
