Can I embroider this size design Size: 109mm x 128mm (4.32" x 5.12") on my new embroidery machine it will take 4x4 hoop and also 5x7 hoop

Yes, the 5 x 7 hoop. You may need to turn the design, however it is all good! Liev Laugh Download Stitch!

Thats great as I have just found some lovely fairy designs any one wanting to view here is the link hope I have added it correctly, can you also do cross stitch designs as I have also seen a few that I also like

good rule of thumb...25mm is about 1" - that is the only way I can remember - since we US do not think in metrics. LOL

Your Brother 5x7 hoop should accept designs 130mm x 180mm. Yes, you can do cross stitch designs on the Brother machine. Enjoy yourself.

A new age of embroidery will start for you with the 5x7-dimension *lol*
You can stitch everything until the size of 130x180mm (the 5x7hoop of the Janome is 140x200mm so you have to look if a design is in JEF and it said for 5x7hoop).

I also bet that you can make a change in you PED Basic to show the inches rather than the MM's. LOOK around.
