How many would you say are sharp?

With all that haberdashery you must be a very busy lady.

Just found 6 more. I would say all but the last 6 are sharp. These were stuck on a shelf and probably were inherited from my mom since one is Singer. Some in my collection are the heavy Ginghers but I prefer the lightweight as the 77 year old hands aren't as strong as they once were.

Hee hee hee, you can never have too many pairs of scissors! I love all my kitchen shears, but you do have me beat, I must say. But I bet I have more flashlights than you do, hee hee hee, never met a flashlight I could resist. Hugs, Marji

I,too, am a scissor junkie!

What is it about scissors, snips, etc that turns us on so much that we buy more than what we need or will ever use? I have scissors dedicated to fabric, paper, hair, and more than I can name. And, then, i have to search to find the particular ones I want to use. I am in a boat with a bunch of folks who I can certainly identify with....I bet we could carry on hours of conversation about scissors! What fun that would be! LOL

I can't count mine as some are hiding and I haven't seen them for years.

Off the top - I probably have 15 for sewing (called NO BODY ELSE TOUCH), a couple pairs pinking shears (my old orig. pair and a much nicer newer pair), a set of 18 craft scissors, 2 kitchen ones, 2 pair at the desktop comp. for misc use, and 2 rotary cutters. I think I probably missed some. (Oops, didn't realize I had so many till you made think about it!)

I think you win! I have no where near that many, I had planned on getting a few more since I am now in 2 locations, and now I will not feel guilty. Lol! Live Laugh Download Stitch!
