Hello everyone,can anyone help me to vote for embroidery designs again,please !
I used to be able to vote for embroidery designs until a few weeks ago.Now the star is missing and nothing is clickable for me to vote.Does anyone know how to reset my computer so I can vote again ?

Is it possible that you are a german-speaker? ;-) Would make it easier for me.
What program do you use? I have am iMac so I cannot give you much advice about windows. Restart doesn't help? Other problems or just on the embroidery-pages?

I use Windows 2000 XP,32 bit,my embroidery machine can't be updated to use a newer system computer.I opened Beethoven music a friend crated on his new 64 bit computer - screen of death was the result.I was able to reset most of it,except now I can't vote for "vote for the next design".I see and can download designs,but the clickable little star is missing for the next design here - 56 vote - http://www.cutealphabets.com/923695h1p9o/.Other websites look different too.
Before I take my computer to a repair shop,I thought I ask here first,if anyone knows how I can reset my computer so everything works on websites again.
( We called our DGS Schnuckiputz.LOL)

Angie,we used to call our grandson Schnuckiputz. LOL I hope someone can help me,or point to a website on how to reset Windows XP,so websites look normal on my screen again and I don't have to take my computer to a tech.Thanks,Schnucki

Hallo Schnuckiputz (mother used to call me that) try F5 which refreshes the page. Also it could be that the site is changing. I haven't voted here for ages. I know you have to click on "vote for the next design" first to be able to see the VOTE button. Hope this helps. Angie (Angelika)

It sounds like your computer has or had a virus from the music you opened. Do you use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome?
What anti-virus do you use?
I can usually help, but I need more information.
Run the online scan in the link attached. When possible ask it to check for problem software too. Allow it to fix any problems it finds. Then report back with answers to my questions and let me know if the scan found anything.

I'd run a virus scan and if that doesn't help, if you know when the problem happened you can restore your computer back to a day or so before you remember having this problem. Your files are not affected by this restore. Search your computer for "restore" and follow the directions. Can take 15-30 or so minutes so plan for that time if you choose this option.
