I just wanted to update you regarding my software problems: I have finally heard back well sort of: The lady from the shop here will come over & try to get it to work & her rep will have to get help from somewhere in the States. I have had this same suggestion from a fellow cutie that her shop may be able to help sew I asked if it was the same USA store but my lady didn't know. Isn't it a small world..... who knows maybe it IS this cuties store (where she shops). Thanks again for your support & information ladies I really needed it! Hugs Loralye

I'm so glad they're working on the problem for you, and admit they need help solving it. Hope you get it up and running soon. I'm happy that Cute can be such a place of help and support for each other when we have trials like this, that's what a community should be about, glad it works like that! Hugs, Marji

Would be funny, but I wouldn't be surprised, hee hee hee. Ann is wonderful, knowledgable, & helpful, both to her customers & other dealers, I imagine. Is a small world!
