As well as Ann's Ultfixit site, there is good info and pictures at Chantell's for cleaning the bobbin area of Brother Ult/Babylock EllageoSG. I had an Ellageo, which had the most hard bobbin case to put back in after cleaning! I printed out Chantell's directions and Ann's, and between them did it. My dealer said it was a design flaw. Got to say, the Ellegante is much simpler.
