Well, I did finally get the 5x7 hoop files posted, but I did something wrong...they didn't show the hus-1, hus-2..etc...just hus, pes, jef, vip...so can someone let me know what I did wrong? The last file says SnowBaby Stuffie..it's actually the Vip Back...Don't want to post the 4x4 or 8x8 until I get some further direction...Thanks...

I am sorry but I don't know anything about posting in DBC. Hopefully someone else will com to your rescue

Will go and check your uploads and see if I can help. It is unusual for it to want zipped files as we have never been able to upload zipped files to DBC.
You do need to have NO spaces and all LOWER CASE letters for names of your design files or they will not upload.

Well all four fronts and backs are there and they all downloaded correctly. I can only suggest that perhaps it cannot name the files 1;2;3 etc because it doesn't have the ability to do so.
You could try uploading front & back of each format right after each other and see what happens, but it still may not be able to number the format uploads.
At least they are all there so you just need to tell Cuties to scroll down and select every occurrence of their format to complete their set.
