blue and yellow table runner - and this doesn't go with my house, but had to do it. It will be going as a gift to someone -I hope. This was done with stripe fabric and cut and stitched to complete the quilted effect..I forgot to use my walking foot, so have some "lumps"

Yes - it took a special ruler, but then too, the material has to be laterial stripes.

I usually never buy fabrics with predominent stripes - but this was neat, and 2 of us got a runner out of 1 1/2 yards. Good group project. We got to share. LOL
