Hi Terri - I have sent a PM to the owner of the site. Hopefully they will be removed. Sarah.

What they dont realise is that it is putting all of us ever wanting to buy from them so their postings are having a negative effect on us and not as they hope

Guess where this site is located: big surprise, ha! The server is in the United Kingdom, but here is the owner.

If any of you computer wizards out there know any way to stop this, do let us know.

I fear once one of these awful spammers has found us, we're in for a real flood of these things. They sell the names of sites to each other, and pay people to do these postings. The only thing I know of to do is keep reporting it, and have Veronika keep removing them. What a pain to honest people! They think this is 'free' advertising, but don't realize that nobody will go there because they are irritating and stupid. They'd be better off spending some ad dollars, maybe they'd get a return. So sorry about this, but short of personally examining everyone who signs up for an account here on Cute, I'm not sure what can be done. If anyone has any ideas, I'm sure we're open to suggestions. Sigh, hugs, Marji

All send them a email complaining or flooding their sites?
by marjialexa 19 Aug 2012
Yes, I had that dastardly thought, too. But do it from a new, anonymous account at Yahoo, or somewhere you don't usually use. They could flood your real e-mail right back.

I will send you a PM with a link.
One problem with trying to stop them is that it will make things harder for the rest of us.
That said, I am all for stopping the SPAM.
There is a chance the posts are from SpamBots not humans.

Additionally, do not email the people responsible. It will only give them legal permission to contact you.
