Well it's done! I sold the Ellisimo, and the Ellegante. Now all I have to sell is the Babylock Imagine serger and the embroidery software.Will concentrate more on quilting.
I have enough stuff to do to last me a small lifetime so I felt I had to downsize.I love my little Featherweight and I plan to close the same way I started sewing.I sent her to get a paint job so she will go on to someone else when the time comes.

It was so very hard but time for me realize the facts was worse.Now on to the Christmas ornaments. That is harder as it's my favorite holiday.I even have a little train that goes around the tree.

I hope your not giving up on cuties as well. I know what you mean about downsizing, I just recently tried to clean up and get rid of the floral business I was so passionate about for years. Not easy but cannot do everything.

Can't leave Cute!Now if I can only start on all my Christmas ornaments and decorations.That is a challenge. I plan to only keep a tiny 2 foot tree but have over 500 ornaments.

I understand where you are coming from, just not sure I would be able to do it. I have been considering it. I have 6 sewing and embroidery machines now and I don't even use a couple of them. I saw another new Brother machine yesterday coming out in September I would like. If I could get that I would probably get rid of a couple of the older ones. I could never give up my embroidery though even though I love my quilting. Good luck, Susan

I'm not sure I could be as brave as you are being. I cannot imagine selling my machines as they bring me great joy. However, I can see why you would keep the one in the photo, she is beautiful!

Oh my! Thank you.Such beautiful words.I will copy these and make them into a card. Great for my morale or when I feel lonely. I will continue to do my lap quilts for my knights in shining armor,Our wounded HEROES at our local Brooke Army Med Center.I make lap quilts, pillow cases, and I sent those sweat tubes to the GI's that are still overseas.These are my Knights. I willl cherish your kind words. Stella

Well done Stella, I know that would have been such a hard decision to make. I on the other hand have just bought another embroidery machine!
