Have any of you bought designs from trishsthreadsandneedles.com? I have downloaded free designs from there before, but I bought one of the FSL CD holder designs tonight. I didn't realize until I clicked on my paypal that they didn't have me sign in anywhere. How do you get your designs? Am I out of luck and just wasted my money? Thanks for your help.

I haven't ordered from this site, but I imagine that they have your e-mail account through paypal. I would wait for a day hoping something comes via e-mail or go back to the site and check if they have "your account" and see if there is a download link. If that does not work get the telephone number through your paypal account and see if you can get it solved that way. Good luck.

Maybe since you have downloaded free designs in the past you are automatically logged in each time you visit them.

I have downloaded free designs from there, but don't remember ever signing in. But they sent an email with the download. So I didn't get hurt.

Why don't you try to contact the site through their "Contact Me" area on their site...or if that fails go through your PayPal account? PayPal should have all the contact information you need...and if you can't do that, contact PayPal Customer Service yourself (you can even call them and talk to a live person) and you can file a dispute...they will contact the seller and help you get the problem resolved...or you will get your money back...I have had problems in the past and PayPal was very helpful. I believe you have 45 days to file a dispute and if you can't resolve it, PayPal will escallate it to a Claim...They actually pull back the funds paid to the seller and put them in an escrow type account holding them until a resolution is reached. If the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, PayPal will automatically refund your purchase price...Good Luck!

Check the E-Mail inbox connected to your Pay Pal account. I ordered from another site which processed as you describe and had comfirmation and download links within minutes.

Good news everyone - I don't know how they got my email address unless it was through paypal, but they sent me my design in email today. Yeah. Thank you all for your suggestions and help.

I think they do send to your paypal email addy. I've had similar experience from a different site. Good news.
