Have you seen a free design for a prize ribbon? I need to make three for our Sunday School Picnic. I need to either make them In The Hoop, or free standing lace type. If I can't get them that way, I can put the ribbon on their prize. I do have one I could use that way.

Look on the New page at Embroidery Library.
They have 3 ribbons (1ST, 2ND, 3RD) in both fill stitch and also in applique.

If you don't find one for free I can quickly create one as I have some on my Gymnastics Set. I can make them Full Fill or Applique and put a step so you can add so you can add the ribbon in the hoop.
Hugs!
