You are so lucky. I am in the Cape, South Africa and it is still very cold. My roses are sending out lovely new shoots after the pruning I gave them so I think Spring must be on her way. The hot wind that you are getting is what we call Berg wind as it comes off the mountains - usually means a cold front to follow. Just longing for summer. Sarah.

Mount Gambier is undergoing another winter right now. It's 9.6C and feels like 5.9C - official farmonline weather site readings.
The only thing to do today is to hide out in my sewing room and stitch away, listen to the wind and rain howling around the windows until lunch time. Then the storm can slow down while we go to the mall for a roast dinner. The stormy weather can resume its play at 3 p.m. when I'll be at my machine again.... or here at the Cute List reading what my friends are all about.
