I did do a trial run first on a piece of towelling but it was nothing like the thickness of the towels. I also used a new needle for each towel. Thank you for comment.

Thank you Yvonne. I think there is one size bigger in the font but I will run into trouble as these letters gave me a hard time fitting them into my 4x4 hoop.

Thank you Marji. Only having a 4x4 hoop I had to keep moving the letters until they fitted the hoop. Having them angled was not my original intention!!!

Great job!! I love how you incorporated the bride and groom in the monogram. This seems to be more and more the accepted practice. I never did understand the old Victorian practice of all linens having the maiden monogram and after marriage the husband's monogram. Those poor ladies were working on hope chest for years.
