Hi there, maybe it is not place correcly when you put it onto the machine. Try to replace the design through your program on your PC first. This seems to help. I test 5 of the formats and my machine reads them all.

I loaded onto 2 different usb sticks ,it sewed in sew simulator in Embrid , but will not come up on the machine screen, it has me puzzled

Sorry I don't have that program. Your machine is set for the correct size design?

I think I've had a similar problem...showed up on computer, showed up on USB stick, okay in Embird and stitched out great in sew simulator...my problem was that the design was 1mm larger than the sewing machine could take...max for me is 200mm x 300mm...I didn't realize the design was 201mm. As soon as I reduced the size...voila, the design showed up on my machine screen. Check the size of the design..also, had a problem with the machine memory being maxed out with designs saved to the machine...try deleting a couple of the designs stored in the machine memory...good luck..hope you find out what's wrong...
