I cannot guide you to any designs but just wanted to say how sorry I am about your daughter's GSD. To my mind they are the greatest dogs. I have had them my self. Hugs Sarah.

We had a beautiful girl GSD for 14 years. I'm so sorry for your daughter. Here are all the designs at Embroidery Supply. They are just $3.50 each. Hope this helps.

Hi "lehewj1" there are some beautiful German shepherds on Advanced Embroidery. I am so sorry to read that your daughter's dog will be put down soon. It's always heartbreaking. I'm still grieving our dog and it was over a year ago. Love Chris

I have been looking on various sites for you. Filip Koza has a GSD (head only) and Embroidery designs a nice one as well. Both are freebies.

Embird has some of the best dog designs I have seen, pages 2; 5; 6; 7, for starters, there are 19 pages to search through.
I am sorry to hear about your daughter's dog, it is always very difficult saying good-bye to our furry friends. Hugs and blessings, Meganne

This lady does wonderful dog designs, both filled and FSL. She does not do much these days as her hubby is ailing and she is caring for him. I am so sorry about your daughter's dog, and I do hope you find something that you can use.

This is not a German Shepherd, but Sonia Showalter has in her Angels of Light series an angel holding a dog, and another holding a cat. The link is for the doggy one. These sew out beautifully, and for free standing lace don't take too much time. I've made these for friends who have lost pets, and for myself as well, and they are much appreciated. My heart goes out to your daughter, losing her fur-baby. Hugs, Marji

I have used the one from Balboa Threadworks ID code is BT1588. It's 88x50cm approx. It really looks like a Shepherd should and stitched well. Just need to use the correct colours. I bought it through the web site of Embroidery Designs.com

So sorry to hear about your daughter's shepard. There is a beautiful shepard design here and it is in a patch style. It is very nice and it is a freebie. It took me a few minutes to get the coloring right on it but it ends up very very nice.
