This is a bag I made for my Mom. I adapted the designs from purplehat to use them on a different bag pattern. A lot less embroidery than my previous bag, but more work in the construction of the bag. She is very pleased with the bag.

Like you plan very much Shirley looks great...my mom is also a knitter and usually takes her knitting out the the lounge in the residence. Must look into something similar for her... *4U
