some of you may remember me asking for a title for this last year. Well this is what I have come up with & under the circumstances I think it is exactly right! I hope you like the way that I have finally finished this! It will go in my sewing room sew you see it right away!I am going to look for some silver metalic floss to highlight the needle at the end to show "Light"

quilting is such as personal thing & after I stitched all over the place I hated it! I spent the better part of this afternoon ripping out all of the stitches & in the end I decided on line quilting to show the wind & fluidity, I hope that I have succeeded in doing this.

The font I chose is Nordic & it is on my machine, the rest is a kit I purchased. It is both machine & hand appliqued, fusable & no fusable (it is such a hard element). All of the embellishments came with the kit including beeding needles WOW they are VERY sharp!

How fun she is, Loralye! I love your colour choices, too, they're some of my favourites. I like the way you did the quilting--is this what you were ripping out that you needed the tape for the other day? hee hee hee. I see you did the blanket stitch by hand, wow. I'm glad you decided to do this for yourself, what a cheerful, positive document of your journey! Hugs, Marji
