marymoore, I know Simplicity and McCalls have shopping card cover patterns.(Simp 4636 or 4225) Sorry don't know the McCalls. Also a free pattern at http://crafts.sleepingbaby.net/cart_cover.html Just suggestions.

what a great idea...I saw one on a cart at Wal-Mart here in Oregon where we are volunteering the first I have seen.
