Help, Please! I love these FSL ribbons and I can't remember who designed them - where I got them! They are wonderful and only take about 5 minutes of stitching each! Where did it get them??? I've been searching for hours - I hope some Cutie knows where!

Don't know about that,better ask someone who does know.
Transferring a file to another person violates copyright law, if the design is not yours. Doesn't matter if they bought the same design. The circumstances do not matter.You would need to ask the digitizer for permission if it's something you would really like to do.
