This has nothing to do with sewing... I acquired this large Clam Shell from a friend that was moving.. I kept looking at it when I got it home and decided to make a fruit bowl out of it.. it is 20 inches across.. my hubby made a stand for it.. what do you think..

Wow, I think you should put it in Projects! I wouldn't want to accidentally step into that clam, you'd lose a foot if it closed. It looks really neat with the fruit in it, and the stand is beautiful. Hugs, Marji
