Just out of interest how much time does everyone spend at their machine every day?
Tonight is the first time I have used my machine in over a week as I have been busy with the day job

I can go weeks not working the machine but with Birthdays coming and Christmas gifts the machine is on every available minute, I will be cooking and sewing at the same time. Put the timer on so you don't forget the water is on or the oven is roasting etc. I haven't burned dinner yet. Don't let the hubby in on the secret.... :)

It varies with me. If I have a lot of gifts to do, then my machines are busy.

I think Carolyn must be glued to her machine with all the projects she turns out day after day!!! LOL
Well i thought Carlyn had her machine in the bedroom so not to waste any time, He He...I must say she put us all to shame with the hours she must put in..

Not as much as I'd like to; lately I've only had time a couple of hours a month! With Christmas coming I'll be using it more--hopefully!

Somedays I'm in my sewing room up to 6 hours. Like Carolyn I get my housework done and spend as much time as I can in there. I have so many projects I want to complete I will probably never get them all dome. Hugs, Susan

It seems to go in spurts for me. Although summer is for outside stuff, generally, bad weather is for sewing. It's only me here, so if dinner burns, well, it won't be the first time, hee hee hee. Usually I just forget to eat. If I'm on a mission to sew, I'll just have cereal for supper. Hugs, Marji

I am trying to get some christmas gifts made ,my aim is to get one thing done each day ,,,,,,sometimes it may be small others a bag or cushion,I dont want a made rush like other years ,life just get soo busy closer to christmas so anywhere from 1 hour to 3 or 4

Well I try to use the machines most days I am retired and it keeps me happy. I make gifts for birthdays anniversarys and Christmas.

Usually 1-4 hours a day. It seems I always have projects that need to be done. I try and spend as much time as possible keeping up. hugs, Mary

Less than I want to - particularly at the moment as we are packing up the kitchen before it gets torn out next week and a new one put in.
