It's time to buy stabilizer... does anyone know of a place online that has it for a reasonable price... it is so expensive at the sewing machine store... I need cutaway, tearaway, and that sticky stuff.. Thank you in advance for your responses

I buystabilizer from designs by sick, and if you catch a sale the prices are even better. Their products have always been good too. I can also get a wider product range from them than I can get locally.

I have been using Allstitch for several years. They sell all the major items for machine embroidery including the different types and weights of stabilizer, Madiera thread and so on. Check out all the differect places recommended. I know one of them will fit your needs.

I have bought WSS Vilene, Madeira thread and Organ Titanium embroidery needles from Allstitch.com and am happy with their products and service. At the time I ordered, their prices for the above items were the cheapest. Hugs, Lidia

I like to buy Vilene at Point to Pointe. It's $5.50 per yard and is 60 inches wide. That includes shipping!
I also like world weidner and allstitch - great reliable places with fast shipping.

It depends on what I'm looking for. Some sites don't carry the size I want or the type I want, or there is a great sale at a site that makes the price lower than at the others, or if shipping makes a difference. All the site below are great, but it pays to shop around and familiarize yourself with what product each carry that you use. Worldweidner had a sale recently on vilene in the size I use most that knocked my socks off. But the second size that I like, they don't carry. It also helps if you make a list of what products you like where, so you can remember where you got it! My memory isn't as good as it once was!
